    Level 3 is heavily populated by CAPF (Central Armed Police Forces) recruitments — CRPF, BSF, ITBP, SSB and CISF together account for over 1 lakh Level-3 positions. SSC GD Constable is the gateway exam. Stenographers move via SSC Stenographer Grade C & D notifications.
