OPD Coverage

Medicines, diagnostics, specialist consultations through CGHS Wellness Centres. Referrals to empanelled hospitals.

Hospitalisation

Cashless treatment at empanelled hospitals up to your ward entitlement. Emergency care covered at any hospital.

Pensioner Coverage

Lifetime CGHS for retired employees. Annual lump-sum subscription; last-drawn-pay determines slab.

Family Coverage

Spouse, dependent children (<25 yrs), dependent parents and siblings all covered under the employee's CGHS card.

CS-MA Rules

Where CGHS is not available, Central Services (Medical Attendance) Rules apply — treatment through an Authorised Medical Attendant.

Section 80D

CGHS subscription is eligible for deduction under Section 80D (₹25,000 limit for self & family; ₹50,000 if senior citizen).
